  I LOVE Dr. Shih... 5 stars +++. The other doctors are pretty great, too. Nurse Lynn is the nicest nurse ever!!
  However, in order to see these doctors, you have to put up with some not so great facts.
  The exam rooms are always filthy. The front staff could be a lot nicer and the back of the office staff - rude, mean and outright nasty.
