  They havent even arrived yet and im already not pleased. I specifically asked for the movers to be here by 9-10am for the job and they assured me that when i booked it it would be done at that time... after 40 minutes past time i called to make sure everything was okay, the lady on the phone then told us they werent coming until 5pm because the people who book us dont make the schedule. The person who booked the movers for us was so sweet and were paying a little bit more than expected because the moving company is so out of the way.. but he shouldve said something before hand rather than making us wait like idiots.
