  I have had the worst experience at this location and I will never come back there again. The manager is great but his employees are absolutely horrible and do not know how to exhibit any kind of customer service. I went there to have my glasses that I bought from there tighten as the manager told me to do if I needed to. There were other customers there before me who were looking at and trying to pick out their frames....while they were doing that I asked the employee Rosran if she could quickly tighten them for me while the customers were still picking out their frames....she told me no and that I had to wait because she had other customers to help first...I said to her "oh you can't do them real quick?" She said no you have to wait because she had other customers that were there 1st ....I asked her if it was going take very long to do and she said no not at all but I still have to wait. I said ok. I walked over to the customers who were in front of me who were still picking out glasses and asked if it would be alright if I got my glasses tightened while they looked at the glasses and they said yes sure no problem at all. I went back to Rosran and told her they said it was ok and told her that was something she should have done. She told me that she was going to ask them but I didn't give her a chance to...Rosran began to argue with me and told me that she refuses to help me because it would be a liability and that I would have to wait for the other employee to get done and they will do it but she is not doing nothing....She was extremely rude, she acted very poorly and was an awful representative of her company by lying to the customer and then arguing with the customer...this was the 3rd bad experience I have had at this Vision Center with one of their employees....the only ppl that know what they are doing is the manager and the doctor...their staff especially Rosran is absolutely horrible
