  Great team & shop! Highly experienced and professional staff.
  
  I got rear-ended (while stopped) at stoplight by a teen driver who agreed to pay for all damages. She did not provide an insurance card, just NJ registration card, and begged me not to call insurance or the police. She called her parents who agreed to settle it out of pocket, while at the accident scene. The next day I took it nearby to M3 Collision who wrote a very accurate damage assessment and quote to replace the bumper (rare model).
  
  When the owner of the vehicle reviewed the quote, he refused to pay, threatening to refute what actually happened at scene (even though he wasn't there). He refused to present his insurer's name and policy number and to be held accountable for agreement expressed during the incident.
  
  Pete (M3C Owner) immediately told me to hang up, file a police report and file a claim thru my insurer to gain info of driver's insurer, using their VIN number. While it took a few weeks, everything got resolved. That's the experience!
  
  I was awarded the claim, then M3C took care of the rest in
