  Massive problems with them.
  1) They take a long time to respond to emails and calls.
  2) They give you terrible appointment windows (4 hours) and often miss them anyway.
  3) I had an appointment set up in May, in which they didn't show. I had another service come in. Ecosystems showed up at my house (at an one-sided appointment that they made by email w/o confirmation while I was away on military duty) and my sprinklers stopped working. I had another company come out after I returned home and they said someone physically turned off the outside valves. I have no proof that it was Ecosystems, but the circumstantial evidence is strong.
