  Where do I even begin? I never write reviews unless I'm really angry or really happy with the service. Unfortunately, I would have to say this location gives the worst service I've ever received in my life to date. The people who work there are not very knowledgeable about their own menu which is shocking considering that they are 24/7 and I see the same people there all the time. The same people which always have a sour look on their face and always have an attitude. What's laughable is that they have an attitude and get annoyed when they mess up your order and have to redo it. If they actually did it right the first time, then it wouldn't be a problem would it? What was really the final straw today was that I went in there to pick up a coffee for a co worker and the Indians there were talking in their language. I never assume someone who is talking in another language is talking about me because I myself am bilingual and don't do that to people. However they were looking at me and laughing and speaking in their language. When my order was finished, he forgot the whipped cream and I
  I asked for whip cream. He then put the whip cream on sloppily and said, "There, your whip cream." and called me something in his language. I was in too much of a rush to care and as I was leaving he said, "Bye (Indian language again)." So he called me it a second time and the girl he was working with laughed. They are just always beyond so rude and so disrespectful. I work 10 hour shifts in retail. I get it. It gets stressful and it's hard to keep a smile on no matter what, especially when you have demanding and difficult customers. However, I've been going there for over a year now and the service has been consistently horrible. I can't take it anymore. I would take the advice from another comment and just keep driving up the road to the other Dunkin. It's cleaner and the service is way better. I refuse to go in there ever again. I know it doesn't matter if they just lose one customer but hopefully after this review, more people can see how disgusting and judgmental this place really is. I hope they find that funny.
