  This is a culinary experience. Take your time, trust your server, relax, and enjoy. If you can, plan ahead and reserve the chef's counter.
  Being able to interact with the chef while you watch your meal being prepared is amazing.
  The octopus, pork belly, and duck are basically a command performance. Their pastry chef consistently puts out incredible options and even their coffee and tea finish strong...Start there, then expand your horizons.
